Changelog

Added -Help parameter to display the built-in usage/help information directly.
Added -InteractiveHelp parameter to launch a guided command builder.
Added no-parameter startup menu:
show standard help
launch interactive help
exit
Interactive help now asks simple questions and generates the correct command line.
The generated command is displayed only; it is not executed.
README updated to document the new help and guided setup behaviour.
