Release Notes

Maintenance update focused on safer logging and better long-run handling.

Changes from v1.0

• Added independent -LogMode for the CSV log file.
• Added independent -FailedUrlMode for the failed URL file.
• Main output, CSV log, and failed URL file can now each use their own Append or New behaviour.
• Empty CSV log files now automatically get the correct header.
• Empty failed URL files now automatically get the correct header.
• Improved file-collision checks to reduce the risk of accidentally overwriting source, output, blacklist, log, or failed URL files.
• Final summary now reports CSV log and failed URL file modes when used.

Note

The script still uses PowerShell Invoke-WebRequest and does not execute JavaScript or render pages like a browser.
